Regina Ann Phillips

Ms. Regina Ann Phillips, age 67, of Mayfield passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2023 at her daughter's residence.

 

She was a self-employed caregiver.

 

Ms. Phillips is survived by one son, Robbie (Sheila) Phillips of Mayfield, KY; one daughter, Rachel (Michael) Marler of Mayfield, KY; three sisters, Carolyn (Phillip) Nelson, Linda (Wally) Mohler and Christina Watts all of Mayfield, KY; one brother, Tim Speed of Mayfield, KY five grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.

 

She was preceded in death by one sister, Shirlene Bowlin; one brother, Gary Speed; and her parents, Stanley and Ruth Haley Speed.

 

Funeral services for Ms. Regina Ann Phillips will be 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.  Rev. Mickey Fowler will officiate.  Interment will follow at Mayfield Memory Gardens.

 

Pallbearers will be Terry Mohler, Troy Mohler, Michael Ross, David Ross, Corey Speed and Michael Sullivan.  Honorary pallbearers will be Justin Rains, Micah Marler and Colton Phillips.

 

Visitation will be 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at the funeral home.
