Services for Rebecca Irene Smith Daniel, 89, of Paducah will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Dr. Stephen Seaford and the Rev. Harley Dixon officiating. Burial will be at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Daniel died at 10:50 p.m. Monday at Western Baptist Hospital.
A homemaker, she was a resident of Bradford Road in Grahamville for more than 50 years and a member of Harmony Baptist Church in West Paducah.
Surviving are three daughters, Linda Kay Hines of Fort Worth, Texas, Betty Stein Campbell of Knoxville, Tenn., and Jane Bevill of Bartlett, Tenn.; three sons, Jerry H. Daniel of Minden, Nev., William K. Daniel Jr. of West Paducah and Freddy Joe Daniel of Ventura, Calif.; 13 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William K. Daniel Sr.; three brothers; and three sisters. Her parents were James Hiriam and Mary Ada Gassaway Smith.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105; or Harmony Baptist Church, 9215 Ogden Landing Road, West Paducah, KY 42002.
