Miss Reba Faye Cook, age 96, of Dawson Springs formerly of Graves County passed away on Friday, February 3, 2017 at Baptist Health of Madisonville, KY.
She was of the Methodist faith.
Miss Cook is survived by one brother, Freeman Cook of Mayfield, KY; one niece, Jean Carter of Portland, TN; two nephews, Jim Wilson and Danny Cook; and several great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Truman Lee Cook; three sisters, Hertis Wilkerson, Ruth Wilson and Lorene Cook; and her parents, Clarence and Vera West Cook.
Graveside services for Miss Reba Faye Cook will be 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 5, 2017 at Mayfield Memory Gardens. Rev. James Martin will officiate. Interment will follow.
Visitation will be 2:00 - 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, February 5, 2017 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.
