Nolen Collins

Nolen L. Collins, 81, of West Paducah died Monday at Western Baptist Hospital.
Mr. Collins was a retired supervisor for Union Carbide, a member of Lone Oak First Baptist Church and a U.S. Army Korean War veteran.
Surviving are one daughter, Tanya Jo Steffan of Paducah; two sons, Dewayne L. Collins of Paducah and Jeffery A. Collins of West Paducah; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Cleda Janell "Nell" Collins; one son, Cecil Darell Collins, and one grandson. His parents were Bill and Margaret Vaughn Collins.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with the Rev. Mike Williams officiating. Burial will be at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Lone Oak First Baptist Church, 3601 Lone Oak Road, Paducah, KY 42003; and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
