Martha Wood

MAYFIELD - Graveside services for Martha G. Wood, 82, of Mayfield will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, November 7, 2013, at Mayfield Memory Gardens in Mayfield with the Rev. Monte Hodges officiating.

Mrs. Wood died Saturday, November 2, 2013, at Parkview Nursing and Rehab. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church in Mayfield.

Mrs. Wood is survived by three sons, Danny L. Wood of Paducah, Benny Wood of Fancy Farm and David T. Wood of Paducah; two brothers, Harold Gilbert of Marshall County and Ralph Gilbert of Graves County; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert D. Wood, and one brother, Wayne Gilbert.

There will be no visitation. Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield is in charge of arrangements.
