Macy Ann Cooper, age 68, of Mayfield, passed away Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at her residence.
She was of the Pentecostal Faith and was a retired CNA.
Survivors include her sister: Rose Mary Cooper of Mayfield; Aunt: Imogene Stanley of Hickory; several cousins, one ex-husband and her pet dog, Pebbles.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Howard Wilson and Ardell Harrison Cooper.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, December 22, 2014 at the Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield. Burial will follow at Mayfield Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be from 5-8 pm on Sunday, December 21, 2014 at the funeral home.
