Lori A. McIntosh, 40, of Paducah died at 1:32 a.m. Thursday at Baptist Health Paducah.
She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her husband, James McIntosh; two sons, Ryan Snow of Paducah and Brandon Snow of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; two stepsons, Aaron McIntosh and Anthony McIntosh, both of Paducah; one stepdaughter, Tiffany McIntosh of Paducah; her stepfather, Kenneth Downey of Paducah; three brothers, William Rutherford, James Rutherford and David Rutherford, all of Paducah; and two sisters, Rebecca Garner and Debra Hale, both of Paducah.
Her parents were James W. Rutherford and Lavena (Babb) Downey.
Services will be at noon Friday March 8, 2013, at Hughes Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Jesse Oden officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, March 7, 2013, at the funeral home.
