CALVERT CITY - Judith Z. Borden, 71, of Calvert City, Ky., passed away at 7:57 p.m. Monday, August 2, 2010, at Western Baptist Hospital.
She was born in Christopher, Ill. Judith was a member of the Holly Hills Baptist Church and had worked at Wal-Mart.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry Borden; daughters, Suzanne (Dale) Wray of Calvert City, Ky., Mari (Tracy) Woods of Ledbetter, Ky., and Jeri (Larry) McCain of Ledbetter, Ky.; son, Mark G. (Gail) Borden of Benton, Ky.; brother, Russell Tomlinson Jr. of Reidland, Ky.; eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Russell Tomlinson Sr. and Helen Barker Tomlinson.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 5, 2010, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with the Rev. Paul Hatcher officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. today, August 4, 2010, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
