Jimmy "Snuffy" Smith, 58, of Paducah died Tuesday at Western Baptist Hospital.
Mr. Smith attended Olivet Baptist Church and was employed by H.D. Hackney.
He is survived by his wife, Bernita Presson Smith; one son, Jimmy Smith of Paducah; two daughters, Lisa Ray of West Paducah and Amanda Smith of Paducah; one brother, Randle Smith of Gage; three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a sister. His parents were James and Clara Gilbert Smith.
Graveside services will be at 12:30 p.m. today at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens with Skip Parsons officiating.
