James Morris

Mr. Robert Morris, age 86 of Mayfield, Ky passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2015 at 12:02 AM at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center.
He was retired from TVA as a Line Foreman after 39 years, he was a member of the I.B.E.W. #816 for 67 years, and he also owned and operated Robert Morris TV Service for 56 years; he was a member of the High Point Baptist Church in Mayfield.
Mr. Morris is survived by his two sons- Larry (Patricia) Morris and David (Debra) Morris both of Mayfield, Ky; one brother- Roy Morris of Dyer, Tn; five grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife- Sally Jo Morris; daughter- Barbara Joyce Morris; grandson- Tyler Morris; six brothers; three sisters; parents- Leonard & Betty Oliver Morris.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2015 at 10:00 AM at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, Ky with Rev. Al Cobb and Rev. Keith Allred officiating. Burial will follow in the Mayfield Memory Gardens. Friends may call after 5:00 PM on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, Ky.
Pallbearers will be: Brian Morgan, Scott Wilferd, Preston Wilferd, Chris Morris, Robby Morris, and Jason Morris.
