Mr. James Thomas Holland, age 81 of Mayfield, Ky passed away on Friday, October 3, 2014 at 4:48 AM at his residence.
He was of the Baptist Faith, and was retired from the Graves County Road Department, he was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War.
Mr. Holland is survived by his daughter- Jennifer Holland of Mayfield, Ky; granddaughter- Keila Blakemore of Mayfield, Ky.
He was preceded in death by his wife- Elouise Holland; sister- Geraldine Beach; brother- Forest Hollan; Parents- Debo & Essie Hailey Holland.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, Ky with Rev. Michael Farmer officiating. Burial will follow in the Mayfield Memory Gardens. Friends may call after 5:00 PM on Monday, October 6, 2014 at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, Ky.
Graveside Military rites will be conducted by American Legion Post #26.
Pallbearers will be: James Gargus, Ricky Lassiter, Bo Brooks, David Clapp, David Skaggs, Dale Beach, Jeff Olinger. Honorary Pallbearers will be: Robert Pierceall, Gerald Brooks, Stevie Skaggs, and Amber Sanderson.
