Eric Ray Smith, 31, of Paducah died Thursday, Feb. 28, 2013, at Lourdes hospital.
Mr. Smith was a graduate of Reidland High School.
He is survived by his father and stepmother, James Eric Smith and Amanda Smith of Paducah; two sons, Blake Allen Smith and Blayden Ray Smith, both of Paducah; one brother, Jackie Smith of Paducah; two nephews; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Robin Kay Willhelm.
Services will be at 5 p.m. Sunday, March 3, 2013, at Keeling Family Funeral Home with David R. Waddell officiating. Burial will be at 11 a.m. Monday, March 4, 2013, at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call from 2 p.m. Sunday, March 3, 2013, until the funeral hour at the funeral home.
