Charles Holland

Mr. Charles L. Holland, age 87 of Mayfield, Ky passed away on Friday, July 21, 2017 at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah, Ky.

He was a member of the Seven Oaks Church of Christ; a retired Greyhound Bus Driver, a former employee of Illinois Central Railroad, a farmer, a 1949 Graduate of Cuba High School, and he was a U.S. Marine Veteran of the Korean War.

Mr. Holland is survived by his daughter- Marilee (Tommie) Feezor of Mayfield, Ky; one son- Bridges L. (Linda) Holland of Mayfield, Ky; two brothers- William Holland of Alexandria, Va and Joe Pat Holland of Texas; one sister- Barbara Jean Catteron of Farmington, Ky; three grandchildren- Robert Charles Holland of Murray, Ky, Marilyn Walker of Palmersville, Tn, and Holland Feezor of Mayfield, Ky; 1 great-grandchild- Millee Walker of Palmersville, Tn.

He was preceded in death by his wife- Marian Bridges Holland; parents- Joseph Carradine & Nina Pearl Lane Holland.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at 2:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, Ky with Bro. Josh Ketchum, Bro. John Dale, and Bro. Chris King officiating. Burial with Military Rites will follow in the Mayfield Memory Gardens. Friends may call after 5:00 PM on Monday, July 24, 2017 at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, Ky.
