LEDBETTER - Bonnie Simmons Parrish, 49, of Ledbetter died at 4:43 p.m. Friday at Livingston Hospital and Healthcare Services in Salem.
She was a laborer with Laborer's Local 1214 in Paducah.
She is survived by one daughter, Tasha Phillips of Ledbetter; one stepdaughter, Christy Parrish of Paducah; one son, Shaun Parrish, currently deployed in Afghanistan; eight grandchildren; one sister, Karen Sledd of Reidland; and two brothers, Tommy Simmons and Larry Simmons, both of Smithland.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Nikki Jo Carroll. Her parents were Deward Simmons and Ada B. Green Simmons.
Services will be at noon Tuesday in the Chapel of Collier Funeral Home in Benton.
The Rev. Joel Frizzell will officiate. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Paducah.
