Bobby Griffith, Sr.

Mr. Bobby Griffith age 82 of Mayfield passed away at 8:30 AM Sunday December 29, 2019 at his residence. He was a member of the Grace Missionary Baptist Church and a retired Graves County Jailer.

He is survived by 1 daughter- Penny (Josh) Bowlin of Mayfield, 2 sons- Bobby (Kathy) Griffith of Mayfield and Bruce (Betty) Griffith of Wingo, 1 sister- Judy Simpson of Paducah, 1 brother- Billy Griffith of Hickory, Friend- Sheila Alcover of Mayfield, Grandchildren- Jeremy (Jennie) Kemp, Kacey Griffith, Ashley (Billy) Bryson, Amanda (Jonathan) Williams, Eli Bowlin, Damon Bowlin and Elijah Bowlin, great grandchildren- Ethan Kemp, Landon Kemp, Kiley Kemp, Jayce Nelson, Rhylee Britt, Allyson Bryson, Taylor Bryson, Jaxon Williams and Bristol Williams. He was preceded in death by his parents- Clint and Ruby Wallace Griffith and 1 brother- Frank Griffith.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday January 2, 2020 at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield with Rev. Kenneth Ballinger and Rev. Billy Griffith officiating, burial will follow in the Mayfield Memory Gardens, friends may call after 10:00 AM Thursday at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield. Pallbearers will be Jeremy Kemp, Ethan Kemp, Landon Kemp, Jonathan Williams, Billy Bryson and Josh Bowlin. Honorary are- Jaxon Williams, Damon Bowlin, Elijah Bowlin, Eli Bowlin and Jayce Nelson.
