Bobbie Davis

Bobbie Davis, 73, of Paducah, died Tuesday, January 22, 2013, at 7:42 a.m. at Western Baptist Hospital. Bobbie was a member of Southland Baptist Temple, and secretary/treasurer of Davis Metrology. After high school, she attended and graduated from Draughon's Business College. She was truly a genuine grandmother at heart, as she attended her grandchildren's sporting events whether it be soccer or baseball games at University of Kentucky as she did for six years.

Bobbie is survived by her husband of 53 years, Thomas Richard Davis; one daughter, Trina (Greg) Wright of Paducah; one son, Richard Lee Davis of Paducah; one brother, Kenneth (Shane) Watts of Ledbetter; six grandchildren, Brock (Nichole) Wright, Colby Davis, Dustin Davis, Chad (Rachel) Wright, McKell Davis and Bryce Wright; and several nieces and nephews.

Preceding in death were her parents, Robert Lee and Vera Burns Watts.

Services will be held Thursday, January 24, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with the Rev. Harold Council officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit with the Davis family after 5 p.m. Wednesday, January 23, 2013, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
