Berthel Graviett

MAYFIELD - Berthel E. "Buck" Graviett, 92, of Mayfield died at 6 a.m. Friday at Heritage Manor Healthcare Facility in Mayfield.

He was a retired electrician, a member of the IBEW Local 816 and of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include his daughter, Judy Carter of Wingo; his son, Jerry Graviett of Mayfield; five grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; five stepgreat-grandchildren; seven great- great-grandchildren, and two stepgreat-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Mullins Graviett; his daughter, Peggy Shultz; his son, David Brent Graviett; five brothers; four sisters, and a granddaughter. His parents were Arnie and Verti Handley Graviett.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Brown Funeral Home in Wingo with the Rev. David Gossum officiating. Burial will be in Mayfield Memory Gardens. Friends may call after 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
