Alfreda Hardin

Alfreda Hobson Hardin, age 86, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, March 24, 2011, at 4:23 a.m. from the Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Mrs. Hardin was born in Tiline, Ky. She was a member of the Southland Baptist Temple, and was very active in the Western Baptist Auxiliary. She worked as a floral designer for Cherry The Florist for over 30 years.
She is survived by her sister, Wilma Paris Heater of Paducah; one niece, Diane Gray of Paducah; and one great-nephew, Aaron Gray of San Francisco, Calif.; and several cousins.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Luther Randall Hobson; second husband, Wilford D. Hardin; three brothers. Her parents were Corbett Wilson Paris and Linnie Burgess Paris.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Keeling Family Funeral Home with Dr. Harold Council, Rev. Jimmy Franks, and Rev. Topper Council officiating. Entombment will follow at the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Friends may visit the family Sunday from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. at the Keeling Family Funeral Home.
