Addis Barclay

Mrs. Addis Perkins Barclay age 84 of Pryorsburg passed away on Monday 11-17-2014 at Mills Health & Rehab Center in
Mayfield. She was retired owner and operator of Singer Sewing Machine and Barclay Fabrics in Mayfield and was a member
of House of Prayer in Mayfield. Mrs. Barclay is survived by 3 daughters LaDonna (Dale) Miller of New Albany, IN., Brenda
(Bobby) Whitford of Pryorsburg, Carla Gilpin of Sedalia, 1 brother Keith Perkins of Mayfield, 1 sister Jean Arington of Wickliffe,
8 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 1 great-great- grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband Gus Barclay,
Brother Larry Perkins, sisters Wilma Hopkins, Adell Upton, Son-N-Law Phillip Gilpin, and parents Worden A. and Tina Eastep
Perkins. Private family services will be held at Byrn Funeral Home with interment at Mayfield Memory Gardens. There will
be no visitation. Pallbearers will be Scott Miller, Brian Miller, Robert Whitford, Greg Mathis, Joshua Gilpin, and Jonathan
Gilpin. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donation to Lourdes Hospice P.O. box 7100 Paducah, Ky. 42002-7100
or to ones favorite charity.
